Peter, who co-founded Cognition, is a psychologist and expert in digital transformation and decision science. He’s also a published ghostwriter and has facilitated digital transformation projects in the UK, Europe, South America, Russia, the Middle East and Asia. As a broadcaster, he has made many television appearances including Secrets of Superbrands, Addicted to Pleasure with Brian Cox and The One Show for the BBC.  He’s helped high-profile people manage addictive behaviours and featured as an expert in many documentaries on leading figures in the entertainment industry.

Aidan is the UK Channel Manager for HubSpot's EMEA partners. He is a former inbound marketing agency owner, and could now accurately be described as a 'Smarketer', having worked extensively across the canyon of both marketing and sales, both in leadership roles and as a consultant to SMEs and agencies across the UK and Ireland. He has worked with over 300 customers, clients and partners to drive growth through inbound strategy, and excellence in technology and marketing and sales alignment.


NeilCDr. Neil Counihan, Entrepreneur, Explorer, BDS, Cert Orth, MSC stem cells

Neil Counihan, one of the UK’s leading orthodontic specialists, is now a successful entrepreneur having sold two award-winning businesses and in the process of setting up a third. He founded a chain of award-winning clinics based out of Harley Street in 2002, selling it eight years later. In 2008, he set up the largest private orthodontic clinic in the UK, which he sold in 2019 to BUPA Healthcare. Never one to rest on his laurels, Neil is now setting up a regenerative medicine company to use stem cell therapies on chronic wounds. Neil is an intrepid explorer and his many feats include completing a gruelling expedition to the North Pole, raising £1 million pounds for the Borne Foundation.

He holds a BDS and an MSC in stem cell research from King’s College, London and a Cert Orth from New York University.

Aidan is Head of Channel Sales for HubSpot in the UK, Middle East and North Africa and Italy. A sales leader with 20 years’ industry experience and over 10 years in Cloud Computing/SaaS, Aidan is passionate about sales, marketing and technology. He is one of 10 founding members to open HubSpot’s first international office and EMEA headquarters and, in his role, assisted expansion in Dublin to 600+ HubSpot employees. Aidan also oversaw the growth of the UK & Ireland Agency Partner Programme, increasing annual revenue to more than £7 million.
