FixFirm is an industry-leading supplier of consumables, equipment, fixings and fasteners to the construction, engineering, electrical and mechanical industries.

As FixFirm had no in-house marketing team they faced a number of key challenges. This included how to raise awareness outside of their local region and how to increase engagement with customers across various sectors and within specific roles.
