The Scientific Board conducted a series of in-person Nominal Group Technique focus groups with more than a hundred employees at all organisational levels from Warehouse to C-Suite. We supported this with a quantitative survey of all employees and one-to-one interview.
Story

In the Story System, we transformed the raw data into a series of values and associated practical behaviours, a messaging framework, a content strategy and creative execution to be displayed digitally and in all offices, including the factory floor.

After a series of presentations to the entire workforce, our employer brand, including a training programme, was rolled out on-site and became the foundation of the company’s recruitment strategy and performance review process.
