Leadership Assessment and Analysis: NGT Focus Groups

Our Leadership Assessment includes using Nominal Group Technique (NGT) focus groups for leadership assessment in a group setting. 

• Each workshop will be concise (1.5hrs max) and focus on a single commercial challenge leaders will face.
  
  
• Opportunity to understand how each individual responds to a practical leadership challenge and to assess communication styles.
  
  
• NGT is a structured format for facilitating small group discussions that results in an actionable plan because it creates a democratic and discursive environment.

Members of our Scientific Board are world-leaders in NGT Focus Groups and they will provide a structured research environment and a comprehensive analysis of the output.
