Leadership Assessment and Analysis: One-to-one Qualitative Research
The Big 5 and Bias Assessments will be supplemented by in-depth interviews with each member of our leadership programmes. The interviews will be conducted and analysed by members of the Scientific Board.
We will discuss:
- The knowledge gained from the assessments as it applies to current leadership capabilities and any gaps that may inhibit taking on a wider leadership role
- How the interviewees see leadership and benchmark that against the research data
- Current challenges faced by your organisation and how leaders will address those challenges
- How they perceive their own strengths and weaknesses
- What they believe are the most effective vertical and horizontal management styles
