Research & insight.

We began by immersing ourselves in the business. Through data analysis and stakeholder exploration workshops we profiled Dejex’s customer base to understand their motivations and typical buying behaviour.

This was supplemented by a series of one-to-one customer interviews to gain insights into their experiences, challenges and drivers.

By focusing on the shared psychology and decision-making strategies of Dejex’s target audience we built a simplified segmentation model to enable quicker and easier customer engagement.`

The final stage of our research phase was to review previous performance of Dejex’s own channels, both marketing tactics and their ecommerce site. The output was a series of recommendations to optimise performance and increase transactions and Average Order Value.

Brand & creative.

The research and insights informed the strategic positioning of Dejex. This led to the creation of a new proposition and the development of a robust messaging framework, aimed at articulating their values more effectively and empowering Dejex to tell a compelling brand story.

Strategy & planning.

We developed an engagement strategy to activate the messaging and take to market. This provided recommendations for channels and tactics and practical content ideas and campaign concepts, both for the distributor market and direct to business end users.

Part of the strategy included recommendations for CRM and marketing automation. By combining powerful creative and messaging with the right channels and tactics, we have provided Dejex the tools to build a powerful marketing engine and drive business growth.
