Assessment
and Analysis
The Leadership Assessment and Analysis program was developed by the psychologists and neuroscientists who lead our Scientific Board.
It consists of five components which function as a coherent whole, giving a full profile of the leadership assets and deficits of each individual.
Building a Personal
Leadership Brand
On the basis of the output from the assessment and analysis (the Data System), we will build an employee brand for each leader.
From establishing credibility with stakeholders to projecting a clear image of their values, leaders must cultivate a personal brand to succeed. This process involves:
- Identifying personal values
- Ensuring congruence between values and behaviour
- Identifying key messages that define the individual employee brand
- Articulating a personal brand story
- Aligning the personal brand with the organisational brand
Leadership Strategy
The final phase of our programme will be to build a leadership strategy for each individual.
