To address IM Group’s challenges and position HubSpot as their top CRM solution, we prioritised a data-driven approach. We analysed existing proposals from Dynamics and Salesforce to identify gaps and opportunities unique to HubSpot, while our HubSpot experts mapped-out IM Group’s specific automotive use cases.

This data-driven process allowed us to demonstrate HubSpot’s adaptability in not only addressing the automotive industry’s complex demands, but also handling IM Group’s multiple brands and territories.

Our next step involved translating our Data System findings into clear and compelling sessions tailored to IM Group’s needs. We conducted multiple technical demonstrations to showcase HubSpot’s capabilities, using real-world examples from the automotive sector. 

Developing a tailored communication strategy followed, with the goal of aligning IM Group’s teams with the benefits of a HubSpot transition. By clearly addressing IM Group’s pain points, we demonstrated the superiority of our proposed solution, driving alignment and buy-in across stakeholders.
