We ran a triangulated research programme that included qualitative and quantitative investor research, a review of psychological literature on investor behaviour and an evaluation of research conducted by Big 5 consultancies. Our team of neuroscientists and psychologists identified multiple biases related to investor behaviour and reduced multiple personas to a single persona, segmented by attitude to risk.

Using the research output as our foundation, we simplified the proposition, segmentation and messaging.This created the cognitive clarity necessary to drive meaningful engagement with existing and prospective investors.
Engagement
System
Over three days, we ran multiple workshops in the Middle East with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. The workshops focused on how to apply the restructured proposition and messaging to drive investor engagement.
We also provided an evidence-based content strategy to be rolled out across multiple digital channels.
