Leadership Assessment and Analysis: Leadership Benchmarking

Our scientifically rigorous Leadership Assessment and Analysis programme concludes with a detailed benchmarking process.

Specifically, we will:

  • Benchmark the leaders based on their scores on the Big 5 and Bias/Heuristic Assessments, the One-to-One interviews and NGT Focus Groups.
