Cashflows is a platform that makes it easy for merchants to accept payments. They are striving to modernise the payments ecosystem by providing a suite of tech solutions designed to maximise payment acceptance and improve the customer experience.
As one of Cashflows’ key objectives is to improve the customer experience, they needed a website that would provide a completely frictionless user experience - something their existing website wasn’t delivering.
They invited a number of agencies to pitch for a new website that would reflect their dedication to customer experience, and chose Cognition as the winning agency.
Cognition carried out a number of strategy sessions with the team at Cashflows to get to grips with their digital marketing objectives and ensure that the website we created would fit in with their overarching digital strategy.
The digital marketing experts at Cognition held a series of user journey workshops with Cashflows’ target audiences, which enabled them to effectively segment these audiences and identify where the user experience required optimisation.
Cognition’s design and digital specialists used this research to develop and design a new website for Cashflows using HubSpot. With a clear understanding of how users navigated around the website and what they were looking for on the site, Cognition were able to deliver a site that was simple for users to explore and primed to encourage conversions.
