With the introduction of three groundbreaking new packaging concepts, Cognition was appointed to take the trio of pioneering products – including the world’s first hermetically-sealed, modified atmosphere carton food tray – to new and existing markets. We were also tasked with ensuring future growth with an ongoing PR strategy.

We worked in conjunction with RAP’s in-house design team to create a brand new identity, including a website that gives visitors a detailed insight into RAP’s comprehensive range of products.  

We optimised the website for mobile and SEO, as a result of which the high volume of traffic to the site is both relevant and qualified.

The results

After the successful website overhaul, we further raised RAP’s profile with a targeted PR launch of its product innovations at leading trade show, Pro2Pac at London’s ExCel centre. 

Our team arranged face-to-face media briefings with major publications, including Food & Drink International, Food & Drink News, Packaging News and Packaging Gazette, and more than ten articles in trade publications were published. 

The team continued to deliver proactive and reactive activities on behalf of RAP, including thought leadership, media relations and forward features within key industry titles.
